Conference Fees:
Designed to be a near all-inclusive VISUAL getaway, our conference fees include - a guided tour of downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake, transportation to and from Jackson-Triggs Estate Winery, wine & culinary reception, one night accommodation at Queen's Landing Resort & Conference Centre*, breakfast, lunch and continuous coffee breaks throughout the conference sessions on October 14. Complimentary parking at hotel.
Conference Fee: CA $500.00 / person plus applicable taxes.

Limited Enrolment
This exclusive Canadian Infor ERP VISUAL event is being offered with limited seating to ensure registrants are greeted to an intimate setting, encouraging discussion and participation in conference events. To avoid disappointment early registration is recommended.
Personal Incidental Charges
Any personal incidental room charges are the responsibility of the registrant and are not covered under the conference fee as noted above.
Payment
Registration for the conference is confirmed once payment is received in full by Business Solutions Alliance Inc. As space is limited, any registrations that are not paid within 10 days of registration will be released. All registrations must be paid in full prior to attending the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmed registrants who cancel before August 13, 2009, will receive a full refund of registration fees. Cancellations before September 14, 2009 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be provided for registrants who cancel after September 14, 2009 or for those registrants that do not attend. All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Airport Transportation
For guests arriving via Toronto International Airport or Buffalo International Airport, preferred rates have been arranged for transportation from the airport to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Please mention that you are a delegate with our User Conference and arrange directly through:
